There’s only 3 ingredients in this recipe, and the only thing you may need to find is Chipotle seasoning. You should be able to find it in any large supermarket. If it isn’t with the general spices, try the World Foods aisle. Be sure to check the ingredients as some seasonings contain quite a lot of sugar which will increase the calories and/or Points.

Other than in the oven, you could also cook these in an air fryer. Just prepare them the same way and cook in the air fryer until they are cooked through and crispy.

Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

Swap the flavouring for any herbs and spices of your choice. I used Italian herbs. Placing the potato on a dessert spoon before slicing ensures you don’t cut too far through
Lovely. If you find them a bit dry a tiny knob of low fat spread melted on top makes all the difference

I’m not very good at “fine cut” so I have sent off for an Amazon gadget that is sort of like a spiralizer, that in theory should made the potato into a big long spring?!?!? I hope it works!!!! I will let you know. Thanks for the recipes, they are all magnificent xx
